Course Information Specialist – September 2017

Job Description

Are you a coach or interested in coaching? Do you like to meet new people and engage them in something you are passionate about? Do people often ask your advice? The Course Information Specialist (CIS) will be a key player in building the student population at Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy. This unique work-from home opportunity allows the right candidate to work as part of a team while maintaining their own hours. Hour requirements: Part-time 10+/week  Pay: commission.

Job Duties

The CIS will organize, co-host, and participate in, and track our bi-monthly Free Coaching class via video conference. The CIS will then do follow up with attendees and answer any questions related to our courses. In addition to these calls, the CIS will be answering inquiries, via phone or email. Database entry and updates. This person will be familiar with Wisdom of the Whole’s coaching model and use techniques to help prospective students understand our approach to coaching and decide which course/program to sign up for.  The CIS will also attend weekly marketing meetings and offer updates on potential new registrations.

  • Education: In college or college degree preferred.

Moodle Developer – July 2017


The Moodle Developer will work with us to create courses, troubleshoot for students and faculty, and complete special projects. The right candidate is responsive, timely, has a flexible schedule, and works well with others. Although the candidate will make their own hours, we require touch-base meetings on an as-needed basis. This is a remote, part-time position for an independent contractor.

Time Commitment:
Time as agreed upon for special projects

Compensation:
Hourly, per project, dependent upon experience

Moodle Support – July 2017


This position is key to keeping our students happy and successful! You will communicate, educate, and support students and Faculty on Moodle issues, set up new user accounts, add students to various Moodle courses, and add updated course content. This unique work-from-home opportunity allows the right person to work as part of a team while maintaining their own hours. This is a remote, part-time position for an independent contractor.

Time Commitment:

Average 2-4 hours per week, independent contractor

Compensation:
Hourly

Moodle Support Job Requirements:
