Access to a supportive community

Promise 3

We promise to provide you access to a strong, supportive community of peers and experts working on the cutting edge of coaching.

One of the things that makes the Wisdom of the Whole program unique is our robust network of graduates that can help you grow and develop both personally and professionally as a coach. To learn more, click on any of the below statements that resonate with you.

I want to not only learn new coaching skills, but become part of a community in the process.
When taking the Wisdom of the Whole coach training you will connect and collaborate with a network of people who want meaningful change in the world now. You will also learn how to use authentic communication to connect more deeply with the people around you, and feel like you are making a difference.
I want to stay in touch with my fellow classmates after the coach training is over.
Graduates of Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy can continue to connect with each other and talk about integral coaching through the private Wisdom of the Whole alumni group after completing the first course of our coach training. Alumni can share experiences, and stay motivated to use coaching in their work and personal lives.
I have no idea how to start my own coaching business.
Develop social capital and make connections that help you grow your coaching business. Wisdom of the Whole hosts free alumni calls with guest speakers to connect graduates, learn new coaching tools, share best practices, coaching wins, and challenges. Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy also has a private alumni Facebook group to keep the coaching discussions going, a new blog that features fellow coaches, as well as a pool for students to sign up and practice coaching with each other.

We also offer an Organic Practice Building Master Class for you to connect with other coaches and take the steps toward creating and building your own private coaching practice.
I want to have personalized attention so that I know how I’m doing.
When you sign up for the 30-hour coach training, a student advisor works with you individually once per month in a 30-45 minute session to focus on individual learning needs, and the subtle nuances that make a great coach.
I want to be able to continue my learning and become really proficient in coaching with other like-minded people.
The Master Classes offered at Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy are a great opportunity to stay connected with other coaches, as well as remain committed to the growth of your coaching practice in whatever form you choose.
